UniCredit acted as arranger and placement agent. White & Case assisted Lannutti. Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld advised Pricoa. BNP Securities Services acted as Paying, Fiscal and Settlement Agent. Lanutti has sales 98.9 million euros with an ebitda of 8.4 million. The company will invest such proceeds in refinancing its liabilities. Italian food company Roncadin received a Sace-guaranteed financing facility of 14 million euros from Intesa Sanpaolo (see here a previous post by BeBeez ). The company will invest such proceeds in the acquisition of a plant in USA for serving the North American market. De Rigo, an Italian diversified industrial group, received a senior financing facility of 60 million euros from an undisclosed pool of banks that received assistance from Shearman & Sterling (see here a previous post by BeBeez ). Cassiopea Partners assisted the company. The company will invest such proceeds in the reorganization of its shareholding structure. Ennio De Rigo and his wife Emiliana De Meio will now be the sole owners of De Rigo after having carried on a buy-back of 50% of the company from Roberto De Rigo and Giorgio De Rigo. Cassa Depositi e Prestiti provided Dolciaria Acquaviva, an Italian food company of which Ergon Capital Partners owns 70.52%, with two financing facilities worth a total of 6 million euros (see here a previous post by BeBeez ). The company will invest such proceeds in its organic development. Opas, Intesa Sanpaolo, UniCredit, Bonterre – Grandi Salumifici Italiani, and HP appealed the Bologna Court Decision that in April allowed Pini and AMCO to acquire Gruppo Ferrarini, an Italian food company in receivership (see here a previous post by BeBeez ). The rival bidders said that Pini and AMCO cannot implement their business plan which includes an investment of 70 million euros for the construction of a plant in Reggio Emilia area. Cherry Bank, a firm of which Giovanni Bossi has 40.7%, reached further agreements for the acquisition of troubled Banca Popolare Valconca (see here a previous post by BeBeez ). The target reportedly attracted the interest of JC Flowers. Banca Popolare Valconca retained Prometeia and Orrick as advisors. Legance and KPMG assisted Cherry Bank. Pillarstone, recapped its investment in Sirti, an Italian infrastructure company (see here a previous post by BeBeez ). Laura Cioli is the ceo of Sirti which has sales of 743 million euros. Italian fashion firm Antress Industry, succesfully applied for receivership and the court appointed Maurizio Bisi as administrator The company must table a restructuring plan by 20 July, Thursday (see here the receivership application that ceo Andrea Billi filed with the Court, available for the subscribers to BeBeez News Premium and BeBeez Private Data ). Antress appointed as advisors Studio Rinaldi and White&Case. The company has sales of 32.8 million euros, an ebitda of minus one million, net losses of 2 million, a net financial debt of 19.2 million, and equity of 1.8 million.
