With this capital, the company has created a roadmap to further improve their unit economics, building operating efficiencies led by technology, and further reducing the cost of customer acquisition through brand-led customer experience. Bonito Designs works with celebrity designers to co-create designs with personalization. Last year, the brand brought on board Gauri Khan and Manish Malhotra in a bid to curate bespoke homes for its customers. According to a recent industry report, the home design and interior market in India were estimated to be $23.2 billion in 2020 and is projected to clock $38.2 billion by 2027 registering a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.4%.
